Maintainers role for Seven, Co-maintainer for Bartik

I would like to apply for maintainers role for Seven and as a Co-maintainer for Bartik (Jen Simmons is the maintainer).

I have done a lot of work on both these themes the past (insert a long period here) - including some very large patches for Seven such as the font size fix, vertical tabs redo and others. Seven currently has no maintainer.

For Bartik I have basically maintained the issue queue for the past couple of months posting most of the issues and the majority of the patches. I've been working on Bartik since well before it was committed to core (http://bit.ly/ccXvR8 - not sure this fully reflects the work, since many issues did not make it across from the original queue).

I'm pretty busy around D7 development over the past 18 months or so, mainly with Accessibility queue and then the core themes project (I am a co-maintainer of Corolla and worked extensively on that project also).

Recently I started the Antonelli project with a view to get this merged into Bartik in D8.
