Hi, steps to reproduce the issue:

- go to admin/user/user
- click on edit on any user (destination is trailed in the URI for the form handler)
- click on Delete button (destination is still trailed)
- Now, if you click Delete button, the user is deleted and then the page is redirected to destination (admin/user/user)

However if you click on Cancel link, you are redirected to 'user/' . $account->uid

IMHO, destination should be honored by the confirmation form.

Here a safer patch, it modifies user_delete module (v. 6.x-1.4) instead of Drupal's core user module.
