Spammers are putting a rel="dofollow" property in links, which overrides rel="nofollow" added by the Spam link deterrent feature of Filter Module. HTML produced looks like:

<a href="http://www.elitebabyproducts.com/" rel="dofollow" rel="nofollow">baby boy gifts</a>

Is there a workaround so the "nofollow" can not be overridden in the _filter_html()?
