bleen commentedBlock context menu has a z-index of 999 ... overlay has a z-index of 500
This should fix the z-index conflict, though in truth I cannot reproduce this problem because the block context menu closes when I click an item.

aspilicious commentedI raised this issue a few months ago that we will have conflicting Z-values with the (new) overlay.
Nobody paid attention to it and I couldn't find a bug.
Apparantly kratkar found one.
This is the correct fix, but it doesn't fix the underlying issue.
I don't know if it can be fixed in an other way.
kratkar commentedThe patch has not helped - must be applied hot I think.
I think div container for the overlay must be immediately after the body. And in the code it in the end.
webchickThat sounds like a needs work?
bleen commentedkratkar ... can you be more specific ... the position of the overlay container should not make a difference
Comment #7
bleen commentedkratkar: also ... what browser/OS are you using? I still cannot reproduce on Chrome/OSX
Comment #8
kratkar commentedOS - Ubuntu, browsers: Opera 10.62, Chrome 6.0.472.63, Mozilla Firefox 3.6.10
Sorry, the patches have not yet figured out - which is (corrected the mistake).
bleen18, all the z-index +1000 add.
