Hi guys,
I have ddblock installed and running on my site http://citizenranger.com
I have a panel i want to use as my frontpage. Problem is that the ddblock will not show up in the panel at all.
It shows up in a regular block (in this case header block) and functions just as i want it.
I am making sure to only enable either the ddblock in footer or in panel and not both.

Is there an issue with DDblock and Panels that may be documented and I have not been able to locate maybe?

I'm running Openpublish profile and this may cause some quirks I believe but not sure..

ddblock should also work with panels.
I can't see you Internet site. It is offline.

Sorry, forgot i put the site under maintenance to sort this issue out.
Back online with content unpublished but slideshow at footer region.
I've set the panel to /home and disabled the ddblock at footer there.

UPDATE:
The DDblock in panels is working fine now with some weird quirks:
If i make the panel to be homepage for the site, the ddblock does not show up in EITHER the frontpage or the panel path (in my case /home).
If i make the site not homepage, it shows up at the /home path BUT not on the frontpage.

I would love to lock down the cause for this behaviour. I believe this has something to do with the Openpublish install profile but not sure. I will post a link to this issue at their group and see if it can be replicated.

I have the same issues, my DDBlock won't show up in my panels...:(

So, you just disabled the Panels?

It seems the ddblock will not show up if you set the panel as homepage.
Otherwise, it shows up just fine:
http://citizenranger.com/home

Again, if i set the panel to frontpage, it disappears in both the frontpage and the panel path.
So, try see if yours will function when your panel is not frontpage (if it was in the first place)..

Turns out this was a problem with the openpublish theme and not ddblock.

Im having the same problem, im not using that theme.

And it happens whether or not its my home page, nothing shows up.
