Translation source code warnings

reports incorrect usage of t() and friends.
It's quite a long list because a bunch of those incorrect usages are actually legit (the parser picks up:
function t($message, $args, $options) {
as 'incorrectly using t() with variables', ...)
but a few of them aren't. I have long not completed the list, but found two that are definitely incorrect.
If I ever get to the end of the list, I will post a comprehensive list of those that remain, especially where I'm unsure.
Simple patch for now.
