#775220: No underscore in CSS class name introduced a rather unfortunate logic change which affects the display of the new comments links for logged in users. To reproduce, create 2 users and an article, post a comment with one user and notice that the other user will not see the "1 new comment" link when viewing the teaser of the article node. The other side effect of this bug is that a link "0 new comment" is displayed when there should be no link.

This patch re-establish the logic, but I guess we don't have tests for this yet.
