Fix tests (and remove old EntityController)

In a previous incarnation, media required a custom entity controller due to some limitations of the core one. Now that we have the EntityFieldQuery class, it is no longer needed (mostly).

This patch removes any references to the old one, and updates the test to use the new class. It doesn't quite eliminate the Entity module dependency, but we could probably do so without too much difficulty.
