I have just moved my site from USA to Australia and have had a few issues come up, first with the time-zones, and now with the image module. I noticed after the move that user avatars no longer display in the forum too.
I'm updating from 6.x-1.0-beta3 to 6.x-1.0

I tried updating the Image module and get this message when running update.php

An HTTP error 0 occurred. http://cordiafreaks.com/update.php?id=28&op=do

That looks more like a problem with core's batch process. Try searching for that error message in the forum.

Would be helpful if we'd use the proper database abstraction functions ;)

Not tested, but looks okay. Though I'd rather the formatting changes to 6100 went in a different patch.

Also, I don't understand how the patch relates to the OP's problem.

It was second-guessed, yeah. But it might be related if @HanleyDesigns is running on Postgresql.

In any case, it would be a good idea to commit #2 this week.

Agreed -- but let's make a new issue for that whole patch -- 'clean up code in update functions' maybe.
