The text with the link appears for anonymous users on a site configured to allow admins only to register people.
What is the point to display such text when there's nothing the anonymous user can do ?
I wrote the override and the text is now gone but... the logic seems wrong to me.

I checked the function theme_comment_post_forbidden()
and it seems me that, once it has been decided that only admins can register users, no text should be displayed at all.

I checked and Drupal 7 has the same code.

Trying again after having done things properly (hopefully).

Ok, can someone throw a rope here ?
Am I supposed to submit the changed file as .new to the CVS before submitting the patch ?
