As per title. I don't know if this is Seven-specific or not, but "description" text on form elements in formatter settings callbacks do not word wrap. They just go way way way way off the edge of the screen. This is a bug.

Looks like it is a system module css bug.
A 'white-space: pre-wrap' on '.form-item .description' solves this.
