For some reason when turning on colorbox, things like the vertical tabs and accordian menus used in the admin module, break. Ajax style views blocks seem to work, but when viewed as anonymous, these also fail to load. As soon as I turn the module off, everything works fine again. Any help will be appreciated!

Have you installed the Colorbox plugin and the jQuery Update module version 6.x-2.0? Instructions in the README file.

I use vertical tabs on all my sites and have no problems with it and Colorbox.

ok, all the jquery stuff seems to be working now. However I notice when I use it, I see the drupalish arrow on top of the thumbnail for an embedded youtube link. However when I click it, instead of coming into a popup, it roloads the entire page by forwarding the URL to

http://o-cinema.org/emvideo/modal/106/425/350/field_video/youtube/PtczTt...

the colorbox seems like it should be working because in chrome I get these classes for the actual link...

PS... I tried the login popup and it seems to work fine.

The "drupalish arrow" is part of the Embedded Media Field module and not Colorbox.

In Colorbox setting, have you activated the "Enable Colorbox load" option?
