saving new values for these variables will not cause the form to reflect the new value.
patch updates the variable the #default_value pulls from to match all of the other references to the variable names

specifically, these are wrong:
variable_get('nodewords_list_index_follow', 'noindex,nofollow')
variable_get('nodewords_list_value', array())
