When clearing the cache, $settings['vocabulary'] does not seem to be available first and this leads to a notice. Patch attached.

I cannot reproduce that, anyone else? Perhaps you have old-feature exports or such lying around, which have fields exported without that? Previously this wasn't there, but then this was changed and now it is.
