A user with authorization to edit the user data field logs in with OpenID. When that user (administrator) opens the user edit dialog box to edit another user, such as to authorize a blocked user, the user record to be edited has the "e-mail" address populated with the logged in administrator's OpenID URL instead of e-mail address from the database for the user to be edited.
This is critical as the administrator no longer has the users address to enter.
I also found that I could not manually login once I entered the OpenID login info.

Drupal and OpenID Module 7.14
OpenID is now part of core and the dropdowns are no longer correct.
