Releases for Subscriptions

This is version 1.3 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7. A lot has been done since 1.1, and unless you're on a recent -dev version, you should definitely update. Also, if you're on 1.2 and you're using forums, you should update.

This module has the following requirements:
1. Drupal 7.13 or later,
2. Mail Editor 7.x-1.0 or later,
3. Token 7.x-1.1 or later
4. Be sure to run update.php after installing it!

This is version 1.1 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7. This is a minor update over 1.0, but we recommend updating, especially to take advantage of the new editable default email template.

This is BETA4 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7.

BETA4 provides a sizable number of bug fixes and minor missing features that have accumulated since BETA3. BETA3 is running on 800+ known sites with very little issues and we expect BETA4 to be the last beta version before the release candidate. Be sure to test it thoroughly if you want to deploy it on a production site, and please do provide feedback (both good and bad!) in the issues queue. This is BETA2 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7.

This is ALPHA4 of Subscriptions for Drupal 7.

It has had little testing so far and is certainly not ready for production yet.

The D7 version of Mail Editor is blocked at #1230134: Offering to take over Mail Editor, which means the email templates cannot be customized yet. Also, subscriptions_cck.module has not been ported yet.

We encourage you to test it and provide feedback (both good and bad!) in the issues queue. See #1172646-8: Subscriptions for D7 for details.

This version requires Drupal 7.5 or later, and you should run update.php after installing it! If you copy the new files over the old ones, then please remove the subscriptions.mail.inc file — it's not part of the package anymore.

In case you get an error mentioning SubscriptionsMailSystem then you need to manually remove the 'mail_system' variable.

The purpose of this release is to move a feature that has been sitting in -dev version for half a year into a proper release and to close the -dev snapshot. You don't need to update unless you want this feature.

Subscriptions 2.0 provides an upgrade path that migrates all the information of a working 1.9 installation. As it creates completely new tables, it saves your 1.9 tables as {subscriptions_old} and {subscriptions_holding_old}; you can delete these tables after completing the upgrade.
