Drupal 6.x

hello I'm new to drupal but I was wondering about this. ok I made my own layout for my website. it has html and php coding, I was wondering if it was possible to add my layout into drupal so it can use that instead but I can also add a login part in there? is this possible?

this website is a mashup and use content from other website...

this is my second website with drupal, i used squid, jquery script and some of my modules...
i have modified some core script to reduce the queries (2/3 on some pages)...
modules used :
core, cck, ping, multiping,pathauto, content template and my own modules

javascript :
jquery, jquery jframe(great), swfobject, etc...

I want users to be able to tag posts, but I must have accidentally deleted the module because I can't figure out how to turn it on.

I have Taxonomy visible in

administer->access control (administer taxonomy is turned on for authenticated users)

I have Taxonomy enabled in

administer->modules

I don't see any Taxonomy listed in

administer->blocks
administer->menus

I think I'm using the latest version of Drupal (I installed it this summer), but I can't figure out where to check the version number.

I'm newbie to Drupal (PHP Developer have experience in LAMP development), not quite sure this topic is sutable for this forum. I have new innovative idea and I would like to add it to module development, where I should post my new idea and get accpet to develop it. Looking forward to hear from community. BTW I would like to contribute to Drupal community in my lesser time.

Three sites have their individual content and are different. However can I have them have the same userbase with different permissions? Is it possible to set some shared content and some seperate content?

Please let me know which of these options are possible.

Does anyone know if a mod similar to Yahoo's Answers http://answers.yahoo.com/ exists for Drupal?

I've noticed that Google picks up a lot of pages from Yahoo's Answers.
