Sanity check of filter setting specified for htmLawed's Config

Updated default CKEditor 4 library to the latest 4.25.2-lts. Please note that this patch release doesn't provide any security fixes. It's a part of our administrative maintenance updates.

Important note: If you already use the module, you should manually update the library or update url in case you use CDN. To do so, edit the "CKEditor Global profile" settings in admin panel, at /admin/config/content/ckeditor/editg.
