I want to create a site where registered users can create a page to which visitors can submit pictures as well as comments that will then be approved for publishing on the page by its creator.

The photos should then appear in a photowall-like section of the page (if possible together with a caption) and the comments further down in the site layout.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this?

• they would like to have a multi-site drupal installation, to be able to create new sites quickly
• every web site should be, with a continuous integration/delivery approach (i.e.: pipelines) built in their own container and be deployed to a different kubernetes cluster/namespace

We have looked online and we can't find an example of the feasibility of this scenario.
