Created an alpha release at the recommendation of #816366: Seeking new maintainer; exactly the same as the 5.x-dev from 2 years ago. Seeking new maintainer/co-maintainer to move this forward.

• Added a fix for dealing with date anomoles.
• Made variable removal encompassing during uninstall.
• Added a work around due to a PHP bug in imap_utf8().
• Pulled date processing into its own function and added option to specify how the date is displayed.
• Updated custom date handling.
• Added the ability to configure the length of the subject in the message list.

This release fixes a security vulnerability, all users of Domain access are urged to upgrade. For more details, see SA-CONTRIB-2010-096.
