Basically, I copied the link validation improvements that have been made to the 6.x-2.x branch, and put them in the 5.x branch.

This release contains several bug fixes that were back-ported from the 6.x release.

improved insert code for ckeditor

Needed some fixes to the way that "Check to see if allready logged in" functionality works so that this functionality wouldn't be called for XMLRPC calls and services feeds. Had to add support for a new "excepted pages" feature in this release to accomodate that.

- Solved subdomains problems.
- New feature: Permissions: Access allowed to desired roles.
