another attempt to correct issue #230885: CCK activates triggers Fatal error

The weather.com XML feed URL has changed. This fix corrects the construction of the URL.

Added Skip to Navigation link. Also fixed bug in default values.

First release of the grid module. The functions to be used are all in grid.module. Grid.example.php illustrates how the module works.

Initial version of the WordPress Comments module. Offers no user interface, but makes Drupal's comment form look more like WordPress'.
