* height and width values placed on SsC tag will now be correctly used.
* SsC settings page now works on D6.2 (problem due access argument)

New features:
* Layout 'none' will not render the navigation commands.
* .install file to preset and uninstall default SsC values

For D6, Javascript Tools is a small set of helper functions. Other modules formerly part of Javascript Tools are being moved to their own projects.

- fix page max-width as 1240px (i.e. 1280x1024).
- RTL update for FF3, IE7 and Opera9 (thanks for Zohar).
- other minor bugfix.

First drop of a Drupal 6 port! It works so far but we'll see
if any bugs crop up.
