Upgrade to Drupal 6

Community review (http://drupal.org/node/227648) says it's ready. No new frills, just upgraded from 5.x.

The world's tiniest drupal module has been ported to d6 (thanks flickerfly) -- now with more smaller files!

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-0:

• #223428 by hunmonk: add pager to protected user/admin bypass tables.
• Per-recent 6.x API change, make sure all child menu items have explicitly declared access definitions.

Add .po files.
