Beta 2 release fixes many problems in Drupal 6 and a few bugs in Drupal 5:
First stable release for Drupal 6.
Initial release, without CCK features. No idea how much is missing for "production use" (aka 6.x-1.0), but here's something that you can play with.
As the version number indicates, you shouldn't absolutely rely on the API being stable, but I'll try not to break source compatibility.
Basic functionality. Use at your own risk.
Updated default YUI version used.
