Oops, forgot how to use TortoiseCVS... This is the correct release for Drupal 6.x

- uniqueid so it works on PHP 4. This also fixes the rare occasion that multiple graphs have the same id.
- Setting inner background would not create a gradient.

Changes:

• Ported 5.x-6.0 to Drupal 6
• Unfortunately the selection boxes for country/place are no longer available due to Drupal 6 API changes. A workaround is not yet known.
