Developer release for click heatmap - may be unstable but will include the latest bug fixes and features.

First 2.x release which aims at being fully integrated. The module no longer allows data to be stored on external servers, but allows the logs to be viewed through the Drupal administration interface.

The release contains various other fixes and optimizations.

• Changed the theme_flashvideo_format_play to be themable.
• Added a way to disable the [video] tag for security reasons.

• Added the ability to change the download text for the Download orginal.
• Made the video thumbnail themable.

Includes minor update to README, and organizational changes.
