Translation templates for Drupal 6.0 RC 2.

Changes since Drupal 6.0 RC1:

- root.pot is gone on purpose (update does not use t(), install should be in installer.pot)
- default role names are translatable
- theme region names are translatable
- new permissions come from the permission unification effort
- update module got some security updates
- minimal changes in other strings

• #202925 report by beholder, patch by myself: (notice fix) only consider languages with a host set when comparing with the current host in domain language negotiation
• #202895 by cwgordon7, theborg: fix node revision view page load argumnets

Changed admin settings for overrides to textareas.

Development release for 6.x-1.x-dev.

This is functionally equivalent to the 5.x-1.x-dev version. We are likely to have a 6.x-2.x-dev which introduces new features.
