First Initial Release for FlashVideo Module for Drupal 6.

Alignment with FlashVideo 2.4 for Drupal 5.

Since version 1.4 for Drupal 5, the Salamander theme has been redesigned to
be fully compatible with both Drupal 5 and Drupal 6.

It is a very reliable theme with a fixed centered width or fluid width,
supporting screen resolutions of 1024 pixels and up. The theme validates
XHTML 1.0 Strict / CSS 2, and it is cross-browser compatible; works
perfect in Firefox 2.0, IE 6, IE 7, Opera 9, Netscape 8.

Now compatible with Drupal 6.x core. This release was developed against Drupal 6.0 Beta 2 but requires a patch to Beta 2 to work (see this issue).

Because themeing works very differently (and much better) in Drupal 6, this theme engine has been totally rewritten. Existing smarty themes should not need too much work though as most of the variable names are the same.

Upgrading to Drupal 6x by changing hook_menu, hook_help arguments, and adding new color codes & key for all of the new Drupal 6 files
