I've been building digital platforms for governments and enterprises since 2008 — starting with a small consultancy in Jamaica delivering web services for Caribbean governments, and most recently architecting platforms at Cigna handling four million visitors a month. In between: dozens of state and federal agencies, healthcare systems, a lot of late nights with systems that couldn't fail.

I care about platforms that are still running well in year ten, accessibility that actually works for people who depend on it, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't.
