4 years ago I started with Drupal building custom websites. I have developed tourism website like medellin.travel and trinangulodelcafe.travel.
Since two years ago I started to work at one of most important newsletters and tv channels from Colombia (www.elespectador.com and www.noticiascaracol.com). I had to develop custom modules always thinking about scalability and performance due high traffic of these sites. I had a hard work in some specific modules like memecached, apache solr and panels. One year ago I became the technical leader of this dedicated team to those website.
