Paul Gendek (paulgendek)

I’m a Senior Staff Engineer at The Estée Lauder Companies, based in Greater Orlando, with roots in Drupal engineering and front-end architecture. My work spans shared platforms, design systems, digital commerce and applied AI.

Outside work, I run Signal & Habit, an independent product studio, turning everyday needs into usable web products through product direction, hands-on engineering and AI-assisted development.
