Purl node links are not being respected- caused by userpoints node access module.

Project:Userpoints Node Access
Version:6.x-1.x-dev

Category:bug report
Priority:normal

Status:active
Issue tags:purl, userpoints, userpoints node access

Issue Summary

I have nodes that should only be available in groups

If I am site space and I click on a node link, node links goto either node/nid or pathauto alias.

Shouldn't they goto /node/nid or /pathauto alias?

it is frustrating that I am pulled out of the group space.

In older versions, the node link would automatically redirect to the purl link. now it does not.

also when I am in the group space, it works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this was due to userpoints nodeaccess module :(

I had to disable all modules and enable one by one to find the culprit.

The 6.x version of userpoints_nodeaccess is completely unusable and has huge security issues. The 7.x version has been completely rewritten.
