Outsiders can post to forums within a group

I did the test with fresh all latest versions of Drupal, OG and OG Forum, and posted the result to the OG issue tracking.

Since then, I found the following

and applied the patches found there.

Now the non-member users can't see the topics posted by the members within groups. They can still see the forums within groups as stated in one of the last 2 discussions above.

However, with all the patches applied, a non-member user can still post a new topic to any group forums though he can't see the topic after he posts it. The group members can see the topic posted by an outsider.

Is there anything I missed? patches? configurations? enabling/disabling OG's access control? updating DB?
I have done all of those.
