Thanks so much for tbfisher for his submission of this Drupal 8 port of the module! This is the first iteration of the Drupal 8 port of Google Site Search, but it includes most of the major functionality included in the 7.x branch.

The recommended way of installing this by using the composer package manager. Try using the following command to add it to your codebase:

composer require drupal/gss
