Hi,

my anonymous users are not able to see the average rating. There is no access control (as mentioned in the documentation) to enable them to read the rating.

Furthermore: Anonymous users can vote as often as they please even though there is a time limit of one day for "re-votes".

I got the Same Problem. With the newest stable versions. any solutions?

http://drupal.org/project/field_permissions should give you all the permissions required.

Regarding anonymous votes this is a votingapi issue issue. One that already has a bug filled and a patch in the queue.
