Using Community tags in Users - want to filter node view based on tags

Has anyone come across any documentation or examples that come close to this?

The idea is that there are sales people with sales territories and the prospects are assigned within those territories. Each sales person has a list of territories and the Prospect gets assigned to only one. The view needs to have a contextual filter of the nodes based on the context of the user who is in the profile being viewed.
