Hi. Thanks for this great module. I love it. Just one issue. My host has rules about sending out emails from their servers and one of them (that doesn't make sense to me) is that the recipient's email address needs to be somewhere in the body of the email. You have a list of variables at the bottom of the body input field which reads "Available variables are: %site (the name of your website), %uri (a link to your homepage), %uri_brief (homepage link without the http://), %mymail (your e-mail address), %date (today's date), %login_uri (link to login page)."

Would it be at all possible if future versions included a %recipientmail variable or something similar? Or does it already and I just don't know about it?

%myemail (or currently !myemail) is the recipient's email address. This has been fixed in simplenews 6.x

Try Views Send. It allows personalization and full recipient list filtering based on Views.
