Hi,
We in our college have to do a database project. We thought of writing a bug tracking system. We would like to know how feasible it is write a bugtracking system in the lines of jira ( eg http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/BOO ) using drupal.
1) Is it more feasible ( or easier) to hand code the entire project?
2) Would be necessary to write new modules to do this?
Thanking in advance,
Yours ,

As Steven said, you can use
As Steven said, you can use Project and Project Issue, which are great for for software releases. I suggest looking at Case Tracker first. It's a major rewrite of Project, and will hopefully be getting a big boost by Anthony Oliver during this year's Summer of Code.
yap
I am waiting too for the modules bug tracking system using drupal but can get from jira issues
