Offering to maintain the taxonomy_tools project

Abandoned project:

Long story short:
I wanted to publish my module as a separate one, depending on the taxonomy_tools module.
Klausi told me it is better to bundle it together to avoid fragmentation on d.org, etc.

After almost 2 months I'm still stuck with no response, no progress...

There is already another issue for the module (http://drupal.org/project/issues/taxonomy_tools)
http://drupal.org/node/1881366 - which is exactly for the solution I'm trying to push into this group of modules.

I confirm I tried the steps on http://drupal.org/node/251466
1. First I sent a private message using the contact tab and waited almost 3 weeks, but no response.
2. Then I created this issue to attract attention in the issue queue, still nothing after another two weeks here.
3. Now I'm moving it to the Drupal.org webmasters project...

I also confirm I'm willing to take over the module if that's what's needed to move forward...
