I'm guessing that this is a case of too generic a site? I'll be happy to make the case study more informative, but don't want to waste my time if its simply not of the caliber for an approvable community case study.

I'm a developer on http://pisochalet.com, due to other work commitments I would need some extra time to prepare and modify the Case study...
How much time can you allow before this project is hidden?

Honestly, Julian, I take the hard line that a case study should not have been published until it was ready so I'm always tempted to hide 'unready' ones as soon as I spot them.

However, we (the content and review team) take a more moderate approach, especially for those who respond, such as yourself, and we're happy to give a week or two.

Take a look at http://drupal.org/node/1905342 and http://drupal.org/node/1898888 - these are reasonable examples of case studies that meet the requirements for the Community Showcase.

Hi Tezza,

I've "hidden" your recently published case study until such a time as the site is made known and a screenshot is uploaded.

We received your e-mail and have updated our case study with the screenshots of the site. However Greenhouse is a independent learning management system and the people who run the site don't want to disclose the url because they are concerned people will try to gain access to the site. They are really concerned about the privacy of the underage students.

I will accept if you evaluated showcase as poor, but I'm not sure that reason for that should be Project name field, it says here:

Project name field: Use only the title of the site/project you are writing about. Do not use your company name or words "case study," "success story," and the like. Maximum length - 40 characters.

The web site name is "Khodnevis" (Iranian word for Pen), and that is also front-page title, there is nothing else I can add or remove to it. Please advise me? Thank you.

it's the overall case study that falls below the guidelines and not the project title, which is listed above purely as a reference.

Take a look at a couple of the examples provided in the section entitled "Examples of good Community case studies".

We've just revised the case study. To make it more visual we wanted to add a few images inside the text. Clicking on "insert/edit image" doesn't give the possibility to upload an image, just to add a drupal.org/files URL. Please help.

Raise an issue here: https://drupal.org/node/add/project-issue/content and add the images as file attachments. Then link the images into the case study via code.
