1C -replicating find an action button (improved) on country pages

2. See all actions in... - which leads you to existing country pages and lists of actions there.

In country pages, we should have:
1. Find an action (focused on the country) with options to allow more indepth search

why not if replicating the button is tough for whatever reason , make a backward link to the home page now with the natiojnal language interface ( since i understand passing through country page sets the language to the local country one)
