Apologies if this is obvious, but how exactly can I add a specific image to be displayed with each option. Attaching a picture of what I have currently (inspect element on the gray boxes) -- Ideally I would have each gray box replaced with a different image I have for each option, or even have them as clickable icons to select the option. Thoughts?
