Universal configuration for content types

Seeing how complex and daunting :) the admin side has become, I have the following suggestion:
It would be nice to have the Five star configuration fields (which are available with every content type) in a central place such as the Administer > Site Configuration > Fivestar page. There could be a list of available Content Types and one could then enable Fivestar for selected Content types - by listing Content Types and a 'Enable' checkbox against each type.

This area could have a Default set of values/options which would apply for all content types.

The feature to customize the Fivestar widget for every Content type individually could be preserved. An additional flag could be set to indicate whether the settings are 'Default' or customized for a Content type, if this doesn't mean stretching things too much.

The main area would need have some check to prevent resetting values to default, so that customizations to a Content type are preserved.
Either a 'Reset to default' button with a confirmation screen or similar to prevent loss of settings while allowing a reset to default values.

This universal setting will be great for sites which want standard rating parameters across all content. It would also make setting up the widget much faster and help to keep the settings consistent across the different content types.
