When adding an image, there are options to link to the original image, but not to the node which the image is in. I am currently publishing the node, copying the address and putting that in the "link to URL" box when I edit the node immediately after creating it. How easy would it be to include that functionality?

sunI can't follow you here: Image Assist displays "Link to image page" as an option in the "Link" select list. If you select that, the link will point to the Image node.

thomasmurphy commentedSorry to confuse you. I'm asking can there be another option to link to the node that the image is being attached to? For example, I am attaching thumbnails to teasers, so that when they are displayed in the front page view, people can click on the teaser image to get to the full story.

sunNow I got you! :) Sounds sane, so: reasonable feature request.
However, to what should the same image link if it is displayed in a page view?

thomasmurphy commentedAhh, these images are only appearing in teaser view, that field isn't visable in the page view, so no problem for me, at least
