I have searched for hours but found nothing. How do we add CAPTCHA to modules Feedback & Forward?:

Both module use a form.

since version 5.x-3-x CAPTCHA is mean to work without form_store

"Add CAPTCHA administration links" is the first thing I tried but it doesn't work. It works fine with "form_store" though.

Its working. Actually cache needs to be cleared.
