I most definitely can't reproduce this on Firefox 2. Which theme are you using? That could be the cause as well.

I can confirm this. I believe it might have to do with the animation delay option being set to low.

Opera overlaps fields, any idea to fix it?

I'm aware of the Opera issue: http://drupal.org/node/205344. I'm no CSS wizard though and I don't want to do hours of trial and error to get it right. If you want Opera support, you'll have to contribute the fixed CSS. I'll commit it ASAP then.
