Can't submit Video

I've created a content type called "Program" and have added the video field. When I tried to submit I get the following error:

* The selected file C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\tmp336.tmp could not be copied, because no file by that name exists. Please check that you supplied the correct filename.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
