code doesn't comply with coding standards

Dear Drupalers,

As you may have noticed, Heine handed me the reins of this module so I'll do my best. However, for now I just intend to support and fix bugs and don't plan any extra features development (besides description URL).

I had a different version (customised for personal use) from the current ones in dev. I tried to merge those to versions, did some code improvements and added/modified some features. So I will now release the first "stable" versions (D5 & D6). Here is a list of what has been added/modified:

• stable versions D5 & D6
• support for badge description page URL (http://drupal.org/node/226427 and http://drupal.org/node/76697)
• new maintainer(s) (http://drupal.org/node/338042)
• full port and support for D6 (http://drupal.org/node/234780 and http://drupal.org/node/337154)
• functions/files documentation (partially) and code compliance (http://drupal.org/node/283153)
• READ ME file and project page updated
• .install file hook_update_N implementation
• support for a special badge for blocked users (http://drupal.org/node/297897)
• possibility to limit the display of badges by weight (http://drupal.org/node/298793) and/or by user status via global settings tab (under admin section)

I hope it will be useful for all of you. Thank you for your feedback! Don't forget there are some todo's like

• query optimisation (I am thinking on it)
• support for private file upload
• etc.
