With HS Taxonomy component activated - and no node types using it - i do not see 2nd level or higher terms in a new term's Parent pop-up.

I tried the usual . . . emptying caches, multiple browsers and on two separate drupal installations of my site (one with a minimal set of modules) the same problem persists.

any ideas? - thanks . . .

Geez, What am i missing here - it even showed up on a clean drupal install????

There is no mention of this in the issues or in the documentation. This seems like a real bug. At this point i'll do anything, like migrating to content_taxonomy if that would solve the problem, although i'd prefer not to.
